For KYC (Know Your Customer) verification on xtoto, we ask for two documents: a government-issued ID and proof of address. The ID can be a national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence—it must be valid and show your full name, date of birth, and photo. The address proof should be dated within the last three months and can be a utility bill, bank statement, or government letter showing your name and residential address.
Upload clear colour photographs of both documents via the xtoto app. Our compliance team reviews them within 24 hours. If a document is blurry, expired, or does not clearly show your name and address, we will ask you to resubmit. Once approved, your account is unlocked for deposits and withdrawals.

We at xtoto respect your privacy rights. To request deletion of your personal data, log in to your xtoto account, go to Account Settings, and look for "Privacy" or "Data Rights". Select "Request data deletion" and follow the prompts. Alternatively, contact our support team via live chat or email (available from the Help section in the xtoto app) and state that you want your data deleted.
We will verify your identity (to prevent fraudulent deletion requests) and then process your request within 30 days. Note that we may need to retain some records (transaction logs, KYC documents) for five to seven years to comply with anti-money-laundering law. We will explain which data we delete and which we retain for legal reasons.
If you want to close your account instead of deleting data, you can request account closure directly in Settings or via support.
Payments and transactions
xtoto does not charge a deposit fee. When you transfer money via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or your bank, the payment processor may apply a small fee (usually under non-specific info)—this is set by the payment company, not by xtoto, and we have no control over it. Your bank (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) may also charge a small transfer fee; check your bank's fee schedule.
Withdrawals to your bank account are also free. The bank may charge a receiving fee (typically our welcome offer to our welcome offer), but xtoto does not take a cut. The time it takes your withdrawal to arrive depends on your bank—usually one to two business days.
If you see an unexpected fee on your xtoto transaction or bank statement, contact our support team via live chat; we can often clarify what happened or help dispute the charge with the payment processor.
xtoto accepts deposits starting from small amounts—minimum our welcome offer for e-wallets (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking) and local payment, and our welcome offer for bank transfer (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment). There is no set maximum for a single deposit, but your bank or payment app may have daily transfer limits. Check your bank's app or contact your bank for your personal limit.
If you are depositing for the first time during Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, or Imlek, extra processing time may apply due to bank holidays. We recommend depositing a day or two before major holidays to avoid delays.

xtoto covers major football tournaments and leagues. For each match, we offer multiple betting types: match result (win/draw/loss), over/under goals, handicap, correct score, both-teams-to-score, and live in-play bets during the match. Odds update in real-time as the game progresses. You can place a bet via the xtoto Android app or iOS browser—place your bet and confirm it to lock in the odds.
To see which matches are available today, open the xtoto app, tap "Sports", and select a league or tournament. Upcoming fixtures appear with their odds and closing times.
xtoto rewards active members through a tier system. As you play games and place bets, you earn loyalty points based on the amount you wager. Points accumulate and move you up through tiers (e.g., Bronze → Silver → Gold → Platinum). Each tier unlocks perks: cashback, exclusive bonuses, higher withdrawal limits, and priority support.
You can see your current tier, points balance, and progress toward the next tier in your xtoto account under "Rewards" or "Loyalty". Bonus rates and tier benefits may change seasonally—check the Rewards page for the latest details. Points do not expire as long as your account is active (at least one login per calendar year).
